Front Office Specialist - (PRN) Camden, SC

As a Front Office Specialist, you will engage directly with our patients and be the face of our business.
You will ensure an exceptional patient experience by performing a wide variety of complex administrative tasks to support patient care delivery.
You will be able to use your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment where you'll never have the same day twice!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Working at the reception desk, answering phones, and greeting and communicating with patients, clinical staff, and Providers.
Checking in patients and properly documenting registration.
Verifying insurance and other pertinent patient information.
Collecting co-pays and payments from patients.
Entering charges and payments into the software system.
Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED is required.
Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Six months of related customer service experience and/or training preferred.
Recommended Skills Clinical Works Communication Customer Service Problem Solving Scheduling Telephone Call Reception Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
