## JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for cooking Size, loading and unloading creels, Bringing up Pac-H, waste Weighing and Documenting.
_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS_ :
1. Must observe all safety precautions and regulations at all times in all areas where duties are performed. Will be responsible for reporting all safety hazards and potential unsafe working conditions. Must attend all monthly scheduled Safety Meetings.
2. Assist operators when putting on a new set. Note: Count one Lease from each set that comes off during the shift and help start up to full speed.
3. Creel Slashers:
4. Remove all yarn remaining on beams.
5. Remove empty section beams and place them on the floor or buggies in designated Kanban area.
6. When creel is turned load full beams back in creel for next set. Note: A creel must be loaded back if the set comes off 2 hours before shift change if yarn is available.
7. Cook starch as needed for Slashers and record Information on the size mix report.
8. Bring up pallet of PAC-H from supply when inventory is 8 bags or less in slashing. Note: There should always be one full pallet of Pac-H on wall in the gym.
9. If Silo is down the helper is to keep bags supplied to cook starch.
10. Retrieve Section beam yarn if a Slasher is standing (if beam is needed) from 3rdor 4thfloor
11. Put total pounds on Waste Bag Tracking system in weave room office from slashing.
12. Wipe down walls each shift.
13. Follow all safety rules, plant rules, department rules and implement total quality in his/her area of responsibility.
14. Participate in Plant Corrective Action Team Program.
15. Participate in Plant Safety Program.
16. Report all unsafe conditions in a timely manner.
17. Know your JSA for your particular job as well as sign off that you fully understand

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience Preferred: High School Diploma/ GED; one to three months' related experience and/or training. Prior forklift certification preferred.

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Exposed to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and a high noise level.
Must be able to lift or exert force up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
