Promotes a positive shopping experience for members using the Welcome, Assist and Thank approach. Maintains and promotes accurate unit integrity resulting in great merchandise in stock to meet member needs and drive sales. Ensures precise and timely execution of unit integrity processes and related activities. Helps train and coach Data Integrity Specialists and Department Lead Associates on the importance of accurate unit integrity.
o Ensures customer care and selling are #1 priority
o Ensures accurate unit integrity of store merchandise
o Coordinates with Area Managers and Lead Associates in planning and execution of the unit integrity portion of the company Counter Detail Schedule and assists in monitoring completion
o Understands the Top 500 program and ensure accurate unit integrity of all items
o Understands and utilizes the negative inventory report and resolves negative inventory, understands root cause and communciates to store management
o Performs scan scan scan inventories accurately per corporate direction
o Completes Merchandise Item Review Requests (MIRR)
o Communicates with store management where breakdown in processes are identified that have a negative impact on unit integrity e.g. out of package processing, checkout processing, claims area
o Understands and utilizes all available tools and reporting to maximize accurate unit integrity
o Displays strong skill sets in use of available digital equipment and applicable process that relate to specific job responsibilities
o Participates in morning huddles, performs as the store champion for unit integrity by building awareness with the store organization on the importance of unit integrity and best practices to maintain it. Helps bring associate awareness on processes that impact unit integrity
o Actively engages customers using the Welcome, Assist and Thank approach to servicing customers
o One or two years of retail experience or equivalent
o Strong reading, writing, verbal, and arithmetic skills
o Able to lift and move merchandise, typically a minimum of 20lbs., but could be as much as 100lbs.
o Repetitive bending, lifting, stretching and reaching
o Solid knowledge of unit integrity processes including counter detail
o Must be 18 years of age or older

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
