THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
This individual will lead our clients North American's process / manufacturing department. This person will be part of the senior management team responsible for the strategic planning of the manufacturing and industrialization processes.

Create and lead implementation of the industrialization / manufacturing processes and strategy for the North American Operations
Be an active participant and driver of continuous improvement
Build a team of process / manufacturing engineers
Provide a framework for the manufacturing team to meet quality, productivity, project, and financial goals
Lead and drive data drive process improvements
Lead and develop solutions to process related issues utilizing appropriate tools (Lean, PFMEA, control plans, flow charts, 8D, TPM, One piece flow, mistake proofing, 5S, etc.)
Develop Partnerships with equipment suppliers to support new product and process
Support new business opportunities with estimates, quotations, process flows and other APQP items
Work Closely with Sales and Applications Engineering to develop customer proposals and presentations

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

10 years or more leading diverse process and manufacturing teams and products
Bachelors degree in an engineering field, masters degree a plus
Automotive Tier One Manufacturing background
APQP and TS16949
Ability to drive continuous improvement
Knowledge and experience with complex drawings and CAD/CAM
Experience Building a a strong, successful Project Management System
Experience with customer and supplier relations
German Language skills a plus
Willingness to travel if necessary
Ability to gain a working knowledge of highly engineered fluid management components and systems
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
