CNC Process Technician
Prior machinist experience operating conventional CNC Mills.
Must have practical experience in editing and troubleshooting machine G and M-Code.
Must have the ability to calculate geometric figures applicable in making corrections to machined features.
Must have experience in reading and understanding complex blue prints and geometric dimension and tolerance standards.
Must be capable and reading and understanding CMM reports.
Must have practical experience setting up complex tooling including:
thread mills, end and face mills, angle head attachments.
Practical experience in installing, adjusting, modifying CNC fixturing.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
