Assist Visual Manager or Lead in directing the communication, implementation and follow-up of visual issues (sales events, visual set-ups, shop installations, promotions, special events) with the management team and sales associates within the store to insure visual efforts are maintained and compliment the merchandising efforts
Plan, install and maintain all visual setups, shop installations, promotional events and signing per the Corporate seasonal events and directives to best compliment the architecture and department layout of the store
Install and maintain promotional event signing and other collateral based on Promotional Sales Event Signing Standards
Walk the store daily and react to any recovery needs
Perform daily visual maintenance of all areas. Work with Store Management Team and sales associates to see that daily standards are executed and maintained
Maintain visual merchandising storage area and room to prevent any damage or destruction of existing visual collateral or tools
Choose merchandise and accessories to be presented on mannequins and bust forms throughout the store to compliment corporate fashion trends. Press, steam and remove tags to prepare the merchandise going on the forms.
Dress mannequins, bust forms and drapers using specified corporate guidelines on a regular schedule according to the Corporate seasonal events, directives, or as merchandise availability dictates
Responsible for the installation of all seasonal trim installation based on Corporate Visual directives
Install and maintain vendor lettering, graphics and plaques by demand center as needed or prescribed in the corporate vendor listing
Adjust and target all accent lighting that are complementing mannequins, table forms, feature walls, end walls and fixturing along main aisles
Inspect and check all incoming Visual collateral daily, including merchandising items, fixtures, collateral and supplies
Assist in special events and in-store promotions as directed
Complete additional tasks as assigned

Minimum Required:
Ability to adhere to all policy and procedure manuals
Preferred:
? Bachelors degree and/or equivent years of experience
Specific Degree: BS Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Architecture, Interior Design or Art Related Field
Specific Certifications: N/A
Specific Training: In Store Visual Merchandising
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum Required:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic knowledge of tools and measuring devices
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
Ability to lift and carrying props
Ability to assemble displays and hang signage at elevated heights
Ability to operate a computer
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to stand for long periods of time

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
